RMA and Guarantees

Returns can only be accepted on merchandise from factories. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges accepted up to 2 days after the date of delivery. As delivered, it cannot be used or uncovered. If the buyer needs to return an item, please call a Return Authorization Number (RMA) following the procedure. Returns without the RMA number submitted will be refused. All sales of items, support and licenses are final. RADIOXCOM LLC, will not refund money or exchange any item purchased.
